Out the innovative computer system that the Superintendence of Health has recently acquired the National Cancer Institute Foundation, and is now the base of the Pilot Scheme to support the accreditation of 10 Hospitals Public, called "Committed to Quality", was the focus of the meeting held by the Superintendent of Health, Luis Romero, with Mayor Provider, Sergio Torres, to the directors of Health Services in the Metropolitan Region, representatives of the Ministry Health and the Metropolitan Health Seremi.
During the meeting, the regulatory and supervisory showed each of the steps that the system of Accreditation and Health Authority and the advantages of having a technological tool that helps to systematize the current standards, clearly identifying the degree of compliance the required characteristics and status of progress within each system.
In particular, it highlighted the implementation of this software as part of the sanitary authorization, basic requirement for accreditation, which in the opinion of experts of the Superintendent, will facilitate the work of the SEREMIS in order to verify compliance of the basic technical standards for each facility on the public network.
